With over a decade in the financing industry, my journey has been marked by dedication, innovation, and continuous growth. During the last three years, I’ve been instrumental in shaping Salal Credit Union’s Dealer Direct Lending business line. Starting in operations and climbing the ranks to become the Southeast and Northeast Account Manager, I’ve been pivotal in launching our Dealer Direct Lending in the Southeast Region. My commitment to excellence is evident in the significant roles I have played, from streamlining processes and procedures to training a robust team of operations support specialists. Furthermore, I spearheaded the development of user-friendly Solar and Home Improvement Training manuals and materials for our dealer partners, ensuring they have the tools to succeed in project financing.
My dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed. In 2022, my Salal peers honored me with the Dealer Direct Employee of the Year Award, a testament to my passion and commitment. My foundation is rooted in my education at Kennesaw State University and as a founding sister of the Eta Omega Chapter of Kappa Delta. Georgia, my birthplace and home, shaped my values. Raised by tenacious entrepreneurs, I learned early on that morals, integrity, and reputation are the cornerstones of meaningful business relationships.
My passion extends to assisting home improvement contractors in expanding their market reach and revenue. I am dedicated to offering them a lending service marked by a personable touch, real-time support, and application management software, all at no cost. We aim to provide project financing solutions that benefit businesses and offer our members—their customers—affordable avenues for their home improvement endeavors.
